Summary: Well appointed apartment with nice furnishings. Very nicely laid out and offered everything we needed to be comfortable. Very convenient to shops and restaurants on King Street. David was responsive and accurately presents the space. We look forward to staying there again as we love the area.

Summary: Me and my wife love Boone and this was truly the Urban Oasis we had been looking for. The space was super clean and relaxing. You wouldn’t even know you were staying on the Main Street in town given how quiet it was. David is an incredible host. We can’t wait to come back and stay here, again.

Summary: Lovely place to stay in town. Only issue was parking is one single space and someone parked in my spot but host was very responsive and nice. Very comfortable bed, bath, lovely kitchen and furnishings and plenty of room for studio a apartment. Liked being able to walk downtown and on campus.

Summary: Wonderful studio apartment within walking distance of downtown Boone and App State Campus. Walked to Schaeffer Center 3 nights for Banff Film Festival.As indicated in instructions the driveway is very easy to miss the first time because it is a narrow drive between two buildings. We would stay again but we have family in Boone that we usually stay with.

Summary: Great location and comfortable apartment in Boone. Amenities are available and the coffee is good. Having UHT half and Half was really appreciated. Downtown is steps away and Boone is lovely in any season.Trump’s tariff war will prevent a return visit but otherwise I’d recommend it.
